1. Pre-trip preparation
Whether you need to walk long distances or simply want to get away from the noise and return to the mountains, it is important to know your chosen route before deciding to camp. Here are some things to keep in mind when preparing for your trip.
2. Sleep System -- The basic sleep system required for a single camping trip includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(1) Tent: When spending the night outdoors, tent is a temporary "home". An excellent tent should have sufficient space, humanized design, beautiful appearance and strong weather resistance. When choosing a tent, we usually consider three aspects: number of people, season and structure.
For general seaside camping or ordinary mountain camping, the most common is a double bed for two people.
(2) Sleep bag: Whether in the mountains or on the beach, the temperature difference between morning and evening is generally large. At this time, the sleep bag is the "blanket" to ensure the warm sleep of campers. Its most important function is to keep warm, to avoid the user's loss of temperature in the outdoor area, which may affect sleep or even endanger life.
When buying a sleeping bag, we should consider the environmental humidity, environmental temperature, volume and weight of the sleeping bag comprehensively.
The following rules can be used for reference --
① For camping in warm, humid areas, consider a cotton or fleece sleeping bag.
② Choose a down sleeping bag in areas with low temperatures at night;
③ When the volume or weight of the sleeping bag is small, you can also consider a down sleeping bag;
④ For camping in a comfortable environment, choose an envelope sleeping bag; for camping in a harsh environment, choose a mummy sleeping bag with good insulation.
