1. Introduction to the shelter tent
The electromagnetic shielding tent is primarily composed of a foldable support frame, the main body of the tent, a waveguide ventilation window, a power filter, and internal components of the tent body. The main body is made from a high-performance soft electromagnetic shielding composite fabric material developed independently; the support frame features a telescopic structure that can be quickly deployed and retracted.
The portable radiation and electromagnetic shielding tent, made from lightweight shielding materials, is primarily composed of a high-strength inflatable frame and a radiation and electromagnetic shielding canopy. The structure consists of three or more layers: the outer layer is camouflage fabric, the middle layer (one or more layers) is shielding fabric, and the inner layer is military green canvas. The tent door is connected to the main body using double-layer radiation and electromagnetic shielding hook-and-loop fasteners. 2. Composition of the shelter tent
(1) Shielding material
To enhance the shielding efficiency and mechanical properties, ultra-fine metal mesh is used as the substrate, and high conductivity and high magnetic conductivity nickel, copper and iron ternary alloy is evenly coated on the metal mesh through chemical plating process, which not only ensures the high shielding efficiency in low frequency, high frequency and microwave bands, but also solves the problem that copper and iron are easy to be oxidized.
(2) Shielded housing
Apply conductive adhesive to both sides of the shielding material and use high-temperature fusion technology to cover it with a polyimide film. This process forms a well-conductive six-sided structure for the shielding shell, which boasts excellent mechanical, electrical, and chemical stability, as well as high radiation resistance, heat resistance, and cold resistance. This enhances its field applicability.
(3) Screen doors and ventilation Windows
According to the shielding mechanism of structural absorption, a multi-layer structure is designed and the thickness of each layer is determined through a large number of experiments to realize the attenuation of the incident wave layer by layer, the reflection loss at the interface and the reflection loss within the shielding layer, so that the overall shielding efficiency of the shielding door and ventilation window is as stable as that of other positions of the shielding body.
(4) Framework
The support structure features an inflatable frame made from PVC double-coated high-strength composite fabric. The canopy is a combination of PVC single-layer high-strength fabric and a high-performance electromagnetic shielding shell. This setup allows the structure to quickly deploy into a working and protective state, addressing the limitations of traditional electromagnetic protection rooms that are immobile and the inconvenience of deploying support-type shielding tents. Additionally, the design incorporates multiple air chambers to prevent the failure of individual air columns from affecting the overall functionality.
(5) Power supply and communication interface processing
The cables entering and leaving the shielding tent are filtered, and the cutoff waveguide is used to prevent the cables from directly passing through the shielding body and affecting the overall shielding efficiency.
3. Main functions
