1 Purpose
Mainly for accommodation and office use under outdoor conditions.
2 Main structural forms
The bottom of the military canvas wall tent system is rectangular, and the top is a pole type tent with four pointed slopes. There are 5 windows on each of the front and rear walls (the four corners can be rolled up to make doors), 4 windows on each of the left and right walls, and a sunroof that can be opened and closed at any time on the top of the front and rear slopes. The canopy is a split structure, firmly fixed to the ground by the combined action of two central columns (2 sections), 18 surrounding wall columns (1 section), 18 tension ropes, and 18 ground stakes for support and tension. The four corners of the fence are connected with buckles and straps, and if necessary, the straps can be untied to lift up the fence.
3 specifications, dimensions, and usable area
3.1 The military canvas wall tent measures 8.25m in length, 5.96m in width, 1.6m in height of the surrounding wall, and 3.3m in height of the central roof. Please refer to Figure 1 for a comprehensive view of the tent deployment.
3.2 The usable area is 49.17m2. The total packaging and transportation weight is 100kg, and the volume is 0.238m3.
4 Main Materials
4.1 Canopy body: Made of 425g polyester grass green waterproof canvas.
4.2 Tent frame: The center pillar is made of a welded steel pipe with a diameter of 38 × 1.2, and the side pillars are made of a diameter of 25x1.2Welded steel pipe;
4.3 Pulling rope: 6mm grass green polyester core rope;
4.4 Ground stakes: All made of 30 × 30 × 4 angle steel, with a length of 450mm.
